First of all I would like to thank you for answering my call for help in this critical moment in my life. I just found my Identity has been stolen and I owe over 50,000 in debt. I just turned 20 years old last october and I’ve learned that i have bank mortgage loans and car loans dating back to 2000 when only 12 years old. One more thing I’ve also figured out who stole my identity and it was my father who has the same name as me. My mother has recently confirmed that fact also but I’m not sure it even matters at this point considering he is criminal fugitive now he’s left the country to dominican republic. Go to annualcreditreport.com today and print off a copy of your credit report from each of the 3 agencies if you haven’t already done that, so you know exactly what’s there.

Forget about suing - work on getting things cleared up. With your dad being the one who did this, and having the same name as you and knowing what your ss# is, he’d have been able to do this without the banks etc. being able to know what he was doing. He took the loans out in his own name, but used your ss#

you should call your service provider and complain.
There is a number blocking service with most phones.
You can block this number.

It is possible you may given you number in a resume and some employment agency is trying to get you or a scam.
