  • How come mobile phones dont need an anti virus when using the mobile internet on them ?

Posted by admin on January 31st, 2012 and filed under mobile | 5 Comments »

I have mobile internet on my phone. Its not like the full internet but you can check facebook on it and some other sites. Its on the meteor network which is an Irish mobile phone network here. But i notice with most phones there is no anti virus protection when browsing using your phone ?
My phone is a nokia c1-01.
Is it because phones are less susceptible to viruses or something ?

U-bet they do need defensive measures.

I don’t see any Opera specific steps for A-V’s but it’s worth looking into…especially keeping it updated.

How do I exclude my mobile website from searches and include it only in mobile searches?

I have a main website and a mobile website. The problem that I am having is that the mobile website also shows up in searches. I only want the mobile website to show in mobile searches. Is there a way to do this?
Keywords are a thing of the past. I dont even have keywords in the mobile site and it still shows in searches. I have excluded it from all searches for now. Sooner or later I will find the answer. Thanks for your feedback.

    you can’t.

I asked for a massage in my local city and they did not have anyone only recommending local sports clubs. On another occasion I asked for a Barber which they gave but does that mean its a gay Barbers? Finally on there website they claim on there phone service they offer Gay services, what could they be?

Sounds like you need a ‘yellow pages’ Much more reliable P&P :-)
