Sounds great that you use Wordpress. You may find some top notch plugin on wordpress.org and as well as you may also use good working plugin named "Wapple Architect Mobile Plugin for WordPress" I’m using that for my Blog.

I seem to appear online on facebook chat 24/7 and there is a little mobile icon next to my picture in chat box. I’ve removed my number from the site and deactivated mobile notifications via text messages but I’m still on chat all the time.

Ye I had the same problem and I just deactivated and reactivated my account again and it took the icon beside my profile away, hope it helps.

I don’t think you’d be able to find a a mobile home in which you don’t have to pay rent for, unless you purchase a lot and use it for that purpose. My parents live in a mobile home currently, and they pay about $300-400 monthly for their "space", including sewer, trash, water, & gas. Hope that helped! Good luck on your purchase 
I haaaaaaaate Changing my mobile number, I keep carrying around two mobile phones cuz everyone keeps calling my old number. I have to verbally tell each caller to save my new number, but there are in the middle of something so naturally they don’t do it :S
Sms is a hassle and soooooo old school. I wish I could just broadcast it, but not everybody has the same mobile.

On your old phone.
Send a text message with your new number and just add all your contacts to the list of people to send it to.
It will automatically copy the message for everyone.
[Edit: oh yeah, do what diver said and just call the company and keep your old number. I swapped from two completely different phone plans, different phone provider, and different phone handset and I kept my old number.]

Virtually all mobile phone manufacturing is done in China, Taiwan… places like that.
I don’t know of any British companies that design mobile phones, either. Nokia is in Finland. Ericsson is Swedish. Philips is based in the Netherlands. LG and Samsung are Korean. HTC is Taiwan. Motorola is based in the US.
UK does buy mobile phones. UK does not buy the most mobile phones - think about it - UK’s population is comparatively small.
