Is this sentence down below an example of parallelism?
My pencil makes the final kick to finish the last ‘c’; the word steadily echoes in the inner recesses of my mind…e-clec-tic.
wouldn’t it be…right?
because in the first part of the sentence the verb is makes and the in the second part of the sentence the verb is echoes.
can anyone help me clarify please?

You would need at least two parts of the corresponding sentences to call it parallelism, but you have only one, and that is not even lexical, but purely grammatical. You need a mix of both in a sequence that occur in both clauses.
