I need a phone for my home as cheap as possible. Incoming call should be free. I have internet connection in my house. so if any internet phone is cheap,its ok too.

For $250 it’s a gamble, but $8.33 a month average is pretty good. BTW Ooma has the same price point for "lifetime" service, but you don’t get Canadian calling free, and VM is a $100 a year option.

I recommmend RingnCentral online but there are many other options as well, also take advantage of free 30 day trials, check out reviews and info at http://voipphoneservices.net/

if voip is ok… then why not go free?
http://www.voipbuster.com/en/index.html offers something like 300 minutes per week unlimited….
but the down side is that you do not get a DID… so you would have to go to http://www.ipkall.com/ to get a free phone number to forward to your SIP phone line…
since the IPKall numbers are all within washington state, you can get yourself a local number from google voice to forward to your ipkall number…

Use IPvaani free calling service for International calls and if you wish not to pay any monthly charges.

Use Vonage, if you want call cell phones / land lines but there is monthly charge of $30 (including tax)
Use skype.com if you want to call from computer.
