I use T-Mobile. If you get A Family Plan between Two Lines it’s 69.99 (Without Tax). You can call any other T-Mobile phone for free, Calling on weekends is for free and from 9 PM to 6:59 AM on weeknights are free also.
well the best plan i would recommend is the Sprint 700 or 1400 it is not too expensive only 89.99 for the 1400 and for the 700 its about 69.99. There are still going to be tax’s and other things but if you want to save some money all you have to do is go to http://www.Quixtar.com and you sign up and then after go to http://www.wirelessmarketplus.com type in you "ibo" number aka your id number you will get, and then go to sprint and you will get 18% off your bill every month, no questions asked. you also get some heavily discounted phones. This plan is if you want sprint which is okay they have simple phones and good customer service and decent coverage depending on where you live.(check that out at http://coverage.sprintpcs.com/images/usvoicesprint.gif )
sprint also has the advantage of nights starting at 7 and unlimited text messaging.

For at&t which i am not the biggest fan of but they do have good service the prices and minutes are the same again check your coverage http://www.wireless.att.com/coverageviewer/images/Cing_NatlCov.gif
For verizon same prices and minutes. but they have the best coverage. i recommend trying there service and then if you dont like it than there you go.
