The new “My Location” (beta) feature on Google Maps for mobile helps you know where you are on the map, even if your phone doesn’t have GPS. Just press [0] to move the map to your approximate location. Save time and tedious keystrokes finding where you are, what’s around you, and how to get there.

Good luck. I have …
Good luck. I have an 8320 curve with T-Mobile. Will end their service soon. To use GPS services through T-Mobile you have to have an external device. Otherwise you are looking at an ~1.75 mile diameter “my location”. That is ok if you are on a single main highway in desert county. But let’s see you find your way out of maze of city streets..

this is REALLY f’n cool.. and amazingly accurate.. it knew exactly where in my house i was, and i walked into my back yard, and it followed me. more accurate than the gps that COMES with sprint / htc touch pro, and does just as much, if not more. and better yet, i’m familiar with and am used to using google maps, so there’s no learning curve! simple and easy to use on a touch screen!!! GOOD JOB GOOGLE!
