  • What is the best mobile company when it comes to prepaid or to go plans?

Posted by admin on February 14th, 2010 and filed under mobile |

I’m looking to get 200 minutes per month (including text messaging). So I don’t use it enough to get a full plan.
I’m mainly looking for price and sound quality. So far I found virgin mobile to be the cheapest, but I’ve heard bad things about virgin mobile.

go with straight talk. for 30 dollars a month you get 1,000 minutes, 1,000 text/picture messages and 30 MB of data. for 45 dollars a month you get unlimited every thing.
if that’s not for you then go for net10. for 30 dollars every 60 days you get 300 minutes. you can add minutes as you need them. so if you only use 200 minutes in a month then you would have 200 text messages. text messages = .5 minutes.
if you are going to use more than 200 minutes a month and more than 200 texts a month then gor with straight talk. it will be cheaper in the long run.
both are prepaid, so no contracts. both have nationwide calling with no roaming charges.
