I dont know if it is possible to take up a mechanical subject (like aeronautics) for you masters after completing your bachelors in ECE. Most colleges accept applications for masters only from certain streams and I am not aware of many universities which accept a ECE bachelor’s application for Mech masters.
So if you are really interested in Mech, then I suggest you change your b.tech stream to mechanical now so that you can pursue your interests in aeronautics. I know that many universities in India allow students to switch during the 2nd year (as 1st yr is common to all braches).
you can consider doing AME or Aircraft maintenance engineering, which is quite close to Aeronautics. Anyways even after B.tech in aeronautics, people generally go in for AME.
Otherwise you can look in to go for M.S. in aerospace engineering, however you might have to venture out of the country for that. References :

I think u shud go 4 M.Tech in aeronautics or u can try for entrance in ISRO.
I think this will b quite helpful for u.
Acc. to me all engg shud go 4 GATE no matter whether they wanna do M.Tech. or not.
