totally agree, BT … totally agree, BT was the biggest rip off merchant in the UK, sure it used to be illegal to install you own phone extensions in your house (didn’t stop us )

By paying for AOL … By paying for AOL Talk, paying BT Openreach for line rental anyway. But you are right, almost no-one should ever use BT for calls, at least not chargeable calls (daytime, mobiles, international etc).
